The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical aptitude. This position involves performing maintenance, repairs, and fabrication tasks on various equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment for various tasks. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and heavy machinery. Fabricate components as needed to support repair and maintenance activities. Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment. Execute heavy lifting tasks safely, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Suspend equipment for repairs or maintenance, ensuring proper safety measures are in place. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is required. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance and equipment repair. Experience in electrical systems troubleshooting is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
