The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical knowledge base. The work will vary from clearing and grading to excavation and septic tank installation. The job will require someone who is capable of making decisions on the fly. I am looking to build along side of someone that wants to run the equipment/construction side of my business. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, skid steers, excavators. Perform digging tasks and assist in site preparation for various construction activities. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with excavators. CDL is a plus but not required Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Experience with farm machinery or similar equipment is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Capability of leading others

$22.50 – $28.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
