Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance :
Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing rental and customer equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition; paint and repair equipment containers
Operations Support :
Collaborating with the regional team to manage inventory, forecast rental cycles, and improve processes
Customer Interaction :
Delivering exceptional service through professional communication and technical know-how
Continuous Improvement :
Leading or assisting with projects to enhance our rental and repair programs Function test machines and verify inventory Complete accurate documentation for all service and shipping activities Provide mentorship and training to team members Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of related experience, or a combination of education and hands-on experience Strong multitasking and technical skills A team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence A customer-first mentality and the drive to own and solve problems Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset High accountability and a results-driven attitude A willingness to learn and adapt through coaching Strong values of honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and use hands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds (assistance available) Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals may occur. Noise levels range from moderate (office) to loud (warehouse or customer site). Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
