Excavation Tech Needed Looking for a great career with a growingcompany? Have mad skills operating heavy equipment and aren’tafraid to do some hard work? Our field technicians (ExcavationTechnicians) are responsible for the performance of tasksassociated with surveying the project site to study and analyze avariety of conditions, including the slope of the land, types ofsoil, and underlying facilities or structures. The technicianssafely and skillfully operate heavy equipment to complete theproject. Employees locate and repair broken drain lines among othertasks. Daily bonus potential available upon completion of the90-day introductory period. Key Responsibilities Ensures Health andSafety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, andacting in a safe manner at all time Performs non-emergency andemergency response activities Provide customer service and qualitywork that exceeds customer expectations Performs labor intensiveactivities in all weather conditions throughout the day Operateslight and heavy equipment including: skid steers, forklifts,excavators and vacuum equipment Job Requirements 6 monthsconstruction or general labor experience Clean Motor Vehicle RecordMust pass background check and drug test Safety oriented mindsetwith the determination to follow all procedures and policiesAbility and willingness to work on an occasional on-call basis Highschool diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently Abilityto read, understand and complete scopes of work with limitedsupervision Mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 50 lbs.
