Required:
5+ years of experience as a mechanic Your own tools A clean driving record Preferred qualifications: Hydraulic or diesel experience Construction or equipment mechanic experience Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams or schematics Experience in manual troubleshooting (no computers or code readers)
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MOBILE FORKLIFT AND EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
As a Mobile Forklift and Equipment Technician, you will grow your skills and knowledge alongside more experienced mechanics. You’ll conduct comprehensive 120-point inspections to execute intricate brake and timing belt replacements. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance of forklifts and equipment. You also delve into the intricacies of hydraulic systems, diagnosing and resolving issues with precision. Your proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics will be invaluable as you troubleshoot electrical components. You also work on starters, alternators, batteries, and more!
