Primary Responsibilities With a safety focused mindset, this working Lead is responsible for overseeing and/or performing all repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs in a cost effective manner; Lead will be the subject matter expert able to provide mechanical expertise to the team
• Create and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment in accordance with industry service standards with a goal to prevent equipment usage delays
• Perform all phases of inspection to ensure safety and compliance of all vehicles and equipment
• Maintain a shop that is clean, well-organized, and set up for efficiency Provide updates to management on repair trends, delays or situations that may impact overall organizational productivity
