Job OverviewKomatsu Company Stores East operates eleven Company-Owned Dealerships in the NJ, NY, PA, MD, and DE region. We are seeking highly skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Technicians for shop and field positions working on construction, mining, or other heavy equipment.

Position QualficationsWe currently have exciting opportunities for all levels of Service Technicians, from Mechanic Helpers to Senior Field and Service Technicians at any of our eleven locations! Successful candidates prior experience in the heavy equipment repair industry, including but not limited to:

Diagnostic and repair experience with heavy equipment (construction, mining, material handling, paving, milling, etc.)Ability to participate in major repair, rebuild, or replace engines and other major componentsKnowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, etc. systemsStrong computer skills including Microsoft products as well as industry softwareAbility to read and write the English languageMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer support.

Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training and meetings to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.

Ability to convey repair details in clear and accurate service notes for assigned work ordersOperation of heavy equipmentOther duties as assignedWork EnvironmentAs a helper, mechanic or technician with Komatsu Company Stores East, the physically demanding work is performed in industrial environments and includes exposure to significant environmental conditions, including but not limited to:
