Parman Parman Tractor & Equipment (PTE) is looking to add a motivated and skillful Rental Technician to our Rental team!. The primary role of the Rental Technician is to provide high quality repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment in a shop environment.
Additional duties include:
clean/detail rental machines, install/swap various machine attachments, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. This position is crucial in achieving the highest customer satisfaction and dealer profitability by performing his/her duties in accordance with the current vendor and our company policies and procedures. Job Requirements Experience as a technician in a heavy equipment or agriculture dealership preferred Must be self-motivated, dependable, and prepared to work daily Must have an inventory of tools to facilitate the assigned repairs Ability to work alone with a limited amount of supervision Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer, rental team, and the Company Core Values
