This role involves both hands-on mechanical and proactive equipment monitoring. Key Responsibilities Conduct preventative and reparative maintenance on trucks, trailers, tools, and heavy/small equipment. Perform diagnostics and repair systems, including: Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, and Cooling (HVAC), Hydraulic System, and Tire Servicing. Support fabrication and repair efforts through basic welding and metalwork. Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of all fleet and tools. Document repairs, part usage, service intervals, and inspection results. Operate equipment (e.g., forklift, skid steer, excavator) and assist in vehicle deployments. Contribute to Warehouse and consumables inventory organization and stocking.
Qualifications Driving & Towing:
Valid license and ability to tow and back up trailers safely
Physical Capacity:
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely.
Mechanical & Electrical Skills:
Experience in diagnosing and repairing both types of systems.
Operational Equipment Experience:
Capable of operating forklifts and related machinery.
Technical Proficiency:
Basic computer literacy for diagrams, email communication, web research, and logging data.

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
