Fiberglass Technician :
Deep understanding in resin product knowledge and supporting additives Gel-coat color matching and resin promoting In depth knowledge of proper coring for builds/repairs associated to specific outcome Examine parts for mold and lamination defects, such as cracks, air pockets, blisters, and cosmetic flaws Grinds out defective areas, smooths rough edges/areas by using appropriate power and hand-tools Mix gel coat with catalysts and sprays Qualifications for
Fiberglass Technician :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in the Marine Industry is preferred but not required Experience in the automotive collision repair industry such as sanding, shaping, spraying, and buffing are preferred Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Able to lift up to 50lbs If you have the experience and skills we’re looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
