The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in the field, providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Assemble and install equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units and appliances. Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues at customer locations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and appliance repair. Proficient in assembling various types of equipment. Experience as a delivery driver is a plus, particularly with box trucks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience in field service or as a service technician is highly desirable. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
