As an Appliance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery in the field. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment. Perform repairs on various appliances using appropriate tools and techniques. Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance functionality and repair needs. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in equipment repair or appliance repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on electrical systems. Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus. Previous experience as a field service technician or service technician is advantageous. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
