In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will work both in the field and in our service center, ensuring that appliances are functioning optimally for our clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, over ranges. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance. Assemble and install new appliances as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. Operate as a delivery driver for appliance installations when necessary. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques in the appliance industry. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various appliance issues effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in HVAC systems is a plus but not required. Ability to assemble appliances accurately and efficiently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies within the industry.
