Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technician with a specialization in coffee machines to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing espresso machines that require maintenance or repairs.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs for coffee machines. Repair and service espresso machines, ensuring they are restored to optimal working condition. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent potential breakdowns and enhance machine performance. Assist customers with troubleshooting and providing technical support over the phone or via email. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Demonstrated aptitude for electronic repair and appliance repair, with a particular focus on coffee machines. Basic to intermediate level of experience in appliance repair, preferably with coffee machines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
