The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair and field service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance. Assemble and install new appliances as required by customers. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and addressing any concerns. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred. Strong understanding of refrigeration principles is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to assemble appliances and perform equipment repairs as needed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck is advantageous and pass a drug test for manufacture certification. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
