Appliance Technician Appliance Repair Group, LLC Stone Mountain, GA 30087 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various appliances in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves ad dishwashers etc. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and the process involved. Assemble and install new appliances as required. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Operate a company truck to transport tools and equipment to job sites safely. Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repairs in the field. Document all service calls accurately, including work performed and parts used. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in appliance repair or refrigeration systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various appliances effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to appliance systems. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
