Summary We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our dedicated team at Bennett Heat Air & Electric. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair malfunctioning appliances in a timely manner. Perform routine maintenance on various household appliances to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role in the HVAC or appliance service industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various appliance issues. Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently.
