Appliance Repair Technician Position Available In Clay, Missouri

You will travel across the different cities, troubleshooting and repairing appliances in customers’ homes, giving you a new environment to work in every day. You’ll use your mechanical knowledge and continuously expand your skill set by working with over 50+ brands of appliances. A life in the role of a Field Repair Technician will include: Repairing appliances at customers residences Keep company vehicle stocked and clean Maintain communication with supervisor and CSD staff Have proper documentation of all work orders Maintain a professional appearance Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and customers including handling payments Maintain and be responsible for all tools (training and work tools are provided)

What You’ll Bring:

Professionalism on phone and in person with customers Able to operate a vehicle Able to communicate professionally Understanding of product and parts Understanding of WS policies and procedures for communicating with customers and vendors

You’ll Need:

Appliance Repair Certification 2 years experience in technical role is desired but not required

Pay:

$24-31 per hour plus bi-weekly incentive plan once fully trained in.
