Overview:

Appliance Service Technician Monday – Friday 7:00am -4:00pm Our Appliance Techs provide mechanical repairs to washersand dryers at customer and client locations within their assignedregion. Appliance Technicians keep our machines running smoothly tomeet customer expectations or the need for repeated service needs.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently andhas a very strong mechanical aptitude.

Service and Repair :

Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, andrepair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, andair-vending machines. Ensure that all repairs are carried outefficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines andsafety standards.

Maintenance :

Conduct routine maintenance and preventativeservices on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extendtheir lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacingworn-out parts, and adjusting settings as necessary.

Customer Service :

Interact with customers in a professionaland friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providingaccurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.

Offer advice and recommendations on appliance usage, care, andmaintenance to prevent future issues.

Documentation :

Maintain detailed records of service calls,repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information.

Prepare service reports and update the internal database withaccurate and up-to-date information.

Parts and Inventory Management :

Monitor and manage inventorylevels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts andequipment to ensure the availability of required resources forefficient repairs and maintenance.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols andguidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances.

Ensure personal safety and the safety of customers’ property duringservice calls.
