The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various commercial appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills to provide top-notch service to our clients. Techs starts from their home each morning. Duties Diagnose issues with appliances such as Microwaves, Gas and electric Ovens, Speed cook ovens, Refrigeration and ice makers. Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of above equipment. Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or installations. Utilize technical manuals to troubleshoot problems effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Collaborate with team members in the field service environment to ensure timely completion of tasks. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in Commercial or Residential appliance repair. Understanding of Electrical and Gas systems related to appliance functionality. Experience as a service technician in the field is highly desirable. Knowledge using volt ohm meter and Manometer. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
