Appliance Technician Piedmont Roofing & Construction Henderson, NC 27537 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various mechanical and electrical issues. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients in their homes or businesses. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and the process involved. Conduct field service visits to assess appliance conditions and perform necessary repairs or maintenance. Assemble and install appliances as required, ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Experience Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently in various environments while managing time effectively. Previous experience in field service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
