We are currently seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our dynamic family-run team.

Job Description:

As an Appliance Repair Technician at Lew’s Appliance, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, and dryers. You will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their appliances are functioning optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various household appliances. A positive attitude. Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repair issues and solutions to customers. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Report to office manager to order necessary parts and manage inventory. Stay updated on the latest technology and repair techniques. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Collaborate with team members and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications:

A positive attitude. Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician. Extensive knowledge of appliance repair techniques and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A drive to better yourself and your everyday knowledge. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus.
