Are you passionate about coffee and skilled in the art of coffee machine maintenance? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Coffee Service Technician to join our team and elevate the coffee experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities include:

Install, diagnose, and repair espresso/coffee machines efficiently. Evaluate customer concerns and professionally communicate resolution as needed. Provide accurate and timely electronic documentation of field reports. Acquire correct information to order necessary parts to properly repair equipment. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the coffee industry.

Requirements:

2 years of experience working with fixing coffee equipment. Alternatively at least 3 years in technical diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/plumbing issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license Able to lift at least 50lbs. Tech Savvy Fluent in English with strong communication skills
