The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide them with the best solutions for their appliance needs. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues in a timely manner. Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and all in home major appliances. Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs needed and maintenance tips. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Skills Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting various household appliances. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently. A valid driver’s license is required for delivery driving tasks associated with the position.
