Responsibilities Meets with customers in their homes or places of business, providing a personalized and exceptional service experience. Engage with customers to identify service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide estimates when required. Exceed performance metrics to qualify for performance incentives. Expertly diagnose and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves (gas/electric), microwave ovens, and dishwashers.
