We currently manage around 160 units but growing every month. We are looking for a reliable appliance repairman that we can send out to multiple jobs per week. We are not looking for a salaried employee but someone who has their own small company and has proper insurance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and replace if necessary. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively. Communicate with clients to understand their appliance concerns and provide expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards. Document all service activities and report any necessary follow-up actions to clients. Qualifications Proven experience as an appliance handyman or in a similar role Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for various appliances Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
