Full Job Description Duties:

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers etc.
• Provide field service by traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of appliance assembly and installation procedures.
• Experience in field service or equipment repair preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve appliance issues.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of repairs.
