Job Description
Appliance Repair Technician Express Employment Professionals Memphis, TN 38118 Inspect returned product for root cause failure and determine if repairable or usable. o Work with Technical Support staff to regularly report root causes of returned products. o Provide defective or damaged parts as needed for evaluation. Replace parts/repair returned product to make usable as exchange product. Recover usable service parts from scrapped returned product. Assist with inspected product disposition. o Scrap process. o Re-box products. Assist with Incoming Inspection of new product. Assist with Product Quality Rework projects. Assist with 1st class Product Inspection as needed (inspecting labels, manufacturing dates, lot numbers, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Excel and preparing reports. Able to lift 60-80 lbs. Mechanical, electrical, and tool skills required. Other duties as assigned.
