Overview:

Appliance Service Technician Monday – Friday Are you aproblem-solver who loves to be out in the field? Our ApplianceTechs provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at customerand client locations within their assigned region. ApplianceTechnicians keep our machines running smoothly to meet customerexpectations or the need for repeated service needs. The idealcandidate is someone who enjoys working independently and has avery strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Service andRepair :

Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair ofappliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vendingmachines. Ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently andin accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

Maintenance :

Conduct routine maintenance and preventative serviceson appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend theirlifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn-outparts, and adjusting settings as necessary.

Customer Service :

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner,addressing their concerns and providing accurate informationregarding the repair or maintenance process. Offer advice andrecommendations on appliance usage, care, and maintenance toprevent future issues.

Documentation :

Maintain detailed records ofservice calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any otherrelevant information. Prepare service reports and update theinternal database with accurate and up-to-date information.

Partsand Inventory Management :

Monitor and manage inventory levels ofspare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment toensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairsand maintenance.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocolsand guidelines while working with electrical systems andappliances. Ensure personal safety and the safety of customers’property during service calls.

Physical stamina and dexterity tohandle and maneuver heavy appliances. Basic computer skills fordocumentation and communication purposes.
