CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic for commercial HVAC work in Loxley, Alabama. This position will involve working on school job sites, so all applicants must be able to pass a background check. We’re looking for reliable tradesmen who can handle duct installation independently and work professionally in occupied or sensitive environments.

Job Responsibilities:
Install and hang sheet metal duct systems per drawings and specs
Read and interpret mechanical plans
Seal, insulate, and support duct systems properly
Work professionally and safely on school job sites
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the project
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC duct installation
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have all hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Comfortable reading plans and working independently
Must be drug-free while on site and able to commit to a full 40-hour workweek
