ForExternal Hires:

$1500 Sign-on bonus paid out in two increments asfollows: $750 paid out at 30 days, $750 paid out at 90days.

Starting pay rate is $41.42 an hour! At 6 months ofemployment, you will you get a pay increase and after a year and ahalf you will be at top pay rate which is $43.83 an hour. Must meetthe skill requirements for the position listed below.

Requirements:

Participates in the continuous improvementprocess by making suggestions to Supervisors and Leads.

Ensures thatall housekeeping requirements are met..Individual must perform toStandard Operating Procedures and Quality Procedures to maintainmaterial flow to internal and external customers.

Works closely withplant engineering, updating blueprints, coordinating thedevelopment of new process/ products and to effectimprovements.

Complies with Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)regulations and guidelines.

Complies with federal, state, and localheating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R)industry regulations and guidelines (for example, building codesand indoor air quality).Promptly notifies production personnel ofequipment or process malfunctions.

Performs preventative maintenancetasks such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and replacingmotors.

Promptly refers unusual problems to Lead Electrician and/orArea Leader.

Installs new units or replacement parts for existingunits according to specifications.

Must be able to independentlyanalyze an electrical or HVAC problem and implementsolutions.

Frequently lifts heavy material, up to 45lbs, frequentlyclimbs stairs and ladders.

Performs required training and othercraft related duties assigned to maintain the Elmore plant.

Performsother duties as assigned.

Education and/or

Experience:

Individualmust have a High School Diploma or GED.Must be able to workindependently or as a member of a team to meet demands.

Must have 5+years of industrial, commercial, and/or military electrical/HVACmaintenance experience, or a completed approved four yearelectrical/HVAC apprentice program.

EPA Universal Techniciancertification and an EPA Section 608 Certification preferred.

Musthave a working knowledge of ISO9002 Quality System.

Will be requiredto subscribe to all training and /or associated competencyassessment activities that have been determined to maintain orimprove the efficiency of personnel in respective trade.

Mustunderstand PC and PLC functions.

Must complete on the job trainingto understand the Plant Emergency, SPC and ERTprocedures.

Individual works in all areas of the plant and on theroof.

Experience fabricating and installing ductwork is abenefit.

Must be able to read T/P charts and gauges.

Must possessbasic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office products andemail.

Must have good verbal and written skills.

Must demonstrateeffective interpersonal skills to provide customer service.
