CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician for immediate work in Dothan, AL. We’re looking for skilled tradesmen who can diagnose, repair, and service a variety of HVAC systems in the field. The right candidate will be mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and capable of handling day-to-day service responsibilities independently.

Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment
Install and service ductwork, fans, air handlers, heat pumps, etc.
Complete daily logs and report work to supervisor or client
Follow all job site safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Complete all work according to contract and site standards
Perform scheduled maintenance and make necessary repairs
Requirements:
HVAC and AC service experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (heat, humidity, dust, fumes)
Basic mechanical understanding of HVAC systems
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Own tools and PPE preferred
Reliable transportation
