Journeyman-Level HVAC Technician Pay:
$18-$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are looking for a skilled and dependable Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. This position involves performing service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork) Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes Maintain accurate service documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred Valid EPA Certification Must have own reliable transportation and hand tools Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service Comfortable working in a variety of conditions (indoors/outdoors, tight spaces)
