Job Description
## Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience in installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. Must have possession of an EPA 608 Type I and II certification.
NOTE:
Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.## Special RequirementsMust possess and maintain a valid Alabama driver’s license. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays and be on call 24 hours as needed. Must work outside for long periods of time, working in small confined spaces, and working in high areas.## Kind of ExaminationApplications are being accepted to fill one (1) vacancy and any other vacancies that may occur during the life of the register. The current vacancyis with theCity of Montgomery Building Maintenance Department.
