- Keep consistent communication with dispatch and your manager
- Participate in training, get a little better every day
- Maintain a clean, organized truck (that you take home!)
- Properly complete all paperwork (fully digital)
- Join our on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
