Work Experience What You’ll Do:

Perform routineapartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry,appliance repair, and more Plan and execute apartment turnovers,including scheduling and coordinating with vendors Maintain HVACsystems (certification preferred) Assist with general propertyupkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environmentCollaborate with property management, leasing, and fellowmaintenance team members to meet property goals Adapt to a varietyof tasks—no two days in property management are the same
