This role is responsible for performing tasks related tosystems maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, andgeneral servicing of Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities:

Start up and commission control systems for new or retrofitprojects. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repaircontrol components and systems. Update software, troubleshootcomplex systems, and create programming software. Communicate withcustomers, train them, and recommend system improvements.

Coordinate with managers, provide technical recommendations forsales, and submit documentation promptly. Maintain technicalproficiency through self-study and certifications.

Requirements:

3years of Building Automation or commercial HVAC control experienceExperience with one or more of the following platforms: JohnsonControls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Siemens,Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or other Experience withTridium Niagara or Schneider Electric frameworks is a plus Valid,clean driver’s license.
