Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment.
• Drive a van to different locations to provide field service and perform maintenance tasks.
• Installations to include boilers, furnaces, water heaters, well tanks, etc.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Required Licenses/ Diploma
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Heating & Plumbing Graduate and/or B2 License.

This position requires a technician who is skilled in maintaining and repairing various types of equipment. The technician will be responsible for driving a van to different locations to provide field service and perform maintenance tasks. They will also be responsible for conducting property maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing mechanical systems. The technician should have strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude. The technician should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for this position along with completed classroom hours from Heating & Plumbing Technical Program or B2 License.
