Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC mechanics and duct installers for an active commercial project in Gainesville, FL. We’re looking for candidates who are ready to start ASAP and are experienced in installing and hanging ductwork. The project is expected to last at least 1.5 months, with potential for longer based on performance.
Work Scope Includes:
Installing and hanging various types of ductwork (rectangular, spiral, flex)
Reading and following mechanical drawings and layout plans
Assisting with HVAC equipment installation as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient jobsite
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of HVAC experience, especially with duct installation
Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, boots)
Reliable transportation and punctual jobsite attendance
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
