Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

Asthe Permanent Director of Plumbing, you will take on a range ofresponsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Overseeing allplumbing operations and projects, ensuring they are completed ontime, within budget and to the highest standards of quality andsafety. 2. Leading, managing and developing a team of plumbingprofessionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration andcontinuous improvement. 3. Developing and implementing strategicplans to enhance productivity, efficiency and customer satisfactionin the plumbing department. 4. Working closely with otherdepartment heads and senior management to ensure seamlesscoordination and integration of plumbing operations with otherbusiness functions. 5. Managing relationships with clients,suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring high levelsof satisfaction and repeat business. 6. Ensuring compliance withall relevant regulations, standards and best practices in theplumbing industry. 7. Identifying and pursuing opportunities forbusiness growth and expansion in the plumbing sector.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Directorof Plumbing, candidates must have the following qualifications: 1.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role in theplumbing industry. 2. Proven track record of managing large scaleplumbing operations and projects, implementing plumbing tradelinesinto existing hvac companies, with a focus on quality, safety,efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate anddevelop a high-performing team. 4. Excellent strategic planning,project management and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong businessacumen and understanding of the commercial dynamics of the plumbingindustry. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build strong relationships with a range ofstakeholders. 7. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations,standards and best practices in the plumbing industry.
