In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in apartment community. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units and related systems. Perform field service tasks including equipment repairs and system upgrades. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment. Experience in field service operations related to air conditioning and property maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
