Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations and Maintenance Services department supporting the management in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various facility systems including plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
Provide direction and training to less experienced maintenance technicians.
Plan and select materials for service and maintenance work.
Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergency situations at the facility.
What’s Needed?
Two-year technical degree or two years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance fundamentals, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
