TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION
Strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC and Residential equipment.
Diagnose breakdown to the point of failure and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units.
Refrigeration equipment knowledge is a
PLUS:
reach-in and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines but not necessary.
Perform repairs and start-ups of commercial HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modificationsControl wiring and high voltageResidential Troubleshooting, Diagnosis and repair, Including Communicating systemsCommercial and Residential Replacements
Primary areas of expertise include:
HVAC systemsRTU’sMini SplitsSplit systemsDX systemsReach-in and walk-in boxes
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalentEPA certificationCommunication and customer service skillsMust be able to work independently and without supervision5 years of experience preferred
