Position Summary:
As a ServiceTechnician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair,and installation of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate isdependable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of workingindependently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems (residential andlight commercial) Perform routine preventative maintenance Installheating, ventilation, and air conditioning units as needed Provideaccurate and timely service reports Communicate effectively withcustomers and team members Maintain a clean and professionalappearance Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Must reside in Charlotte or Sarasota County Minimum3 years of air conditioning service experience requiredRefrigeration experience is a plus EPA Certification required (orability to obtain) Valid driver’s license with a clean drivingrecord Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability towork flexible hours, including occasional weekends Excellentcustomer service and communication skills
