JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a HVAC Apprentice in Naples. Are you the one? As a Cooling Nerd Apprentice you will learn all the necessary skills you need in the field to competently diagnose, install & repair HVAC systems as well as the maintenance of them.

APPRENTICE PROGRAM

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have a passion to work hands on Great communication skills IT competent (iPad, Google products etc) A positive attitude and true interest to grow personally Strong attention to detail Five star customer service Willing to work hard and be successful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

The position requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking, standing for lengthy periods of time Lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping Equal amount of time spent indoors and outdoors with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours
