Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Duct Installer to fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. ________________________________________

Responsibilities:
- Install flexible ducts, sheet metal ducts, insulation, and related components.
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other installers to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair duct systems as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Willing and open attitude to continue on the job education and learn new aspects of the HVAC industry
- When changeout Brazing (can learn on job) ________________________________________
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC duct installation (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, hot attics, and crawlspaces.
- EPA certification is a plus but not required.
