Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, servicing HVAC/R equipment, including Roof Top Units, split systems, etc.
- Includes Preventative Maintenance, on demand repairs, troubleshooting and new unit installations
- Limited travel within Florida
- Participation in on-call rotation Qualifications required:
- HVAC/R or related experience
- Clean driving record (points based system over last 3 years)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills including ability to collect and record data
- Outstanding ability to interact positively with Customers and Co-workers
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position including climbing a ladder and carrying heavy materials
- Passion for the Trade and a service excellence approach
- Ability to work independently & supervise others
