All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Technician to join our team. As a Sales Technician, you will be responsible for selling HVAC products and services to residential and commercial customers. Your technical expertise, sales skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the growth and success of our HVAC company. We proudly serve both South Florida and the Gulf Coast, including the Naples area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Generate leads and identify potential customers through various means, such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and online research. 2. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, evaluate existing HVAC systems, and recommend appropriate products and services. 3. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to customers, clearly explaining the features, benefits, and cost of recommended solutions. 4. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, address questions or concerns, and provide expert advice on HVAC systems and energy efficiency. 5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, striving to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability for the company. 6. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation, providing necessary information and documentation. 7. Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional products or services. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position and differentiate our products and services. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems. 10. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies, set goals, and contribute to the overall sales success of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field, preferably in a residential and commercial setting. 2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. 4. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales. 5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle customer concerns. 6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. 8. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales presentation software. 9. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 10. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional sales or technical certifications are a plus.
