We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also fostering effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Manage project closeout activities, ensuring all documentation and records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Utilize project management software and tools for effective project tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction, preferably in commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations (OSHA certified preferred).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and documentation tools (e.g., Bluebeam).
