Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Installer who understands air flow, can size, and build duct, braze, wire, and do a factory start-up correctly. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HVAC installation experience and know that if their goal is an eventual career doing service work, they will not be held back. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Braze copper lines
• Install copper, thermostat wire, and drain lines
• Size, construct, assemble and hang duct in a residential and light commercial environment.
• Perform factory start ups
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with both co-workers and customers
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Demonstrate a motivated and dependable work ethic
• Express a desire to learn and not be afraid to ask for help
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate and work well with other team members
• Maintain you service vehicle inventory
• Maintain an excellent driving record

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to correctly do a factory start up
• Experience with sizing and building duct work, as well as best practices brazing and wiring
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
• Pass a background & drug test
• US work authorization Preferred but not

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School
